Fay will at all times keep you informed as to the steps required in the conveyancing transaction.

Fay will ensure that during the transaction she will discuss with you:

• The documents required to be included in the contract for sale
• The disclosure to a purchaser of all issues required to be included in the contract for sale
• The documents required to inform the financial institution as to the discharge of any mortgages or loans secured against the property
• The requirements to complete the sale and arrange settlement in a timely and efficient manner
